Well, not exactly, but my new Springs just arrived.

I will take pictures of the install and then do a write-up. Just what Corey needs, more work. Muwhahaha!

Peace!

Yeah, no kidding.

They look sweet! The front springs are even DS/PS specific. They are powder-coated pewter. I like 'em already! The only bummer is I gotta wait 'til at least Monday to install them. And I hate waiting! LOL

Beowulf, I see you are a Steve Martin fan, too. You and I gotta hook up some time and hang out.

Later!

I bought NWOR Springs. I got these for the front:

and these for the rear:

They are progressive rate springs. They come with a LIFETIME warranty. I also purchased these:

It's a bad picture, but they are Urethane Coil Spring Isolators for the top of the front spring. They eliminate metal-to-metal contact and last much longer than the stock rubber pieces. They are RED.

Me 'n Jay and Micker are gonna have a suspension party for my truck. Mick wants to see how the install goes as he is going to upgrade his truck next spring (no pun intended). Jay just wants to hang out with me cuz I'm such a cool guy. LOL

Peace!
Dr. Z

EDIT: Actually, Jay is the cool one. I am grateful for his presence on this job.

I bet you can't wait to spring into action...

Hopefully you don't hit any bumbs on the install...

Is that enough, I'll stop there.

Jayson,

You are a dork.

I laughed all the same, however.

It will be very intersting to see what you think, the only other person I have head that had them though they were extremely stiff.

Same here Dr. Z, please let us know your impressions after you drive on them for awhile.

And yes, that movie is a crack-up!

Yeah, but he also thought the PP 1" springs were too stiff. He only tried the rear springs. His truck is also a Pavement Queen with street tires and he never tows anything. So, his opinion I disregarded.

I doubt they'll be too stiff. As it is, my truck is way too soft for my tastes. They look really well made from what I can see. I'll post lots of pics next week.

Peace!
