Now I'm debating on whether to get a body lift or not, I did some minor trimming on the valence today with the dremel and some sand paper, turned out nice and I think it should take care of MOST of the rubbing. I don't think its rubbing anywhere but the valence as of now, so I'll keep an eye on it and if it gets worse then I'll just throw the body lift on.

Thanks for the comps guys!

This is a nOOb question but how can I get the pics to show up in the actual thread and not have to be linked to?

Thanks,

Fink

Fink, it's nice to see that you got it the way you want it. BTW, it looks GREAT!!!! I wouldn't do the BL if I didn't need to. I guess it all depends on how hard you want to wheel it. Again, it looks mean...

If you want to post a picture directly onto the thread, you have to use the "IMG" link when you copy and paste.

Yeah, I did the [IMG][/IMG] and it still posted it as a URL, oh well.

Thanks for the comps guys...I just got home from drivin around and it didn't rub once, I went over all the bumps that used to cause it and they didn't tonight so we'll see.

CV angles are fine now, none of the folds are touching whereas before some of them were completely folded over on top of eachother. I will be replacing the CV boots and putting some beefier clamps on em very soon...possibly this week or next.

It feels good to know that I've got a solid setup that will last me a LONG time.

Now I just have to get my new battery cables ran and troubleshoot and starting problem.

Thanks again,

Fink

PS- if it wasn't for you guys none of this would have been able to happen, thanks YotaTech!

You'll need some sort of diff drop for sure...now did you read all the problems that I've had with these? They cause some serious CV angle problems so unless you're ready to deal with that, you might wanna think about going with the 2.5's. If you end up wanting to do that let me know, I can send these 3" spacers back to Cornfed and have some 2.5" made for me so just let me know.

You'd probably OK...I'd get the 2.5's and see how they fit and if they rub go from there...I'd rather have a little rubbing than my CV's throwing grease thats for sure.

From Cornfed direct $140 plus shipping, from me $120 probably.

You might be better off just ordering them direct from Cornfed cause there's gonna be some turn around time before I can get him to machine a set of 2.5's.
