New Engine Got Put In Today.
For those of you who don't know what's up... Click Here

This will be my last thread for this, I promise.
Today we put my new engine in. We busted the radiator so I have to get a new one tomorrow. Here are the pics from today.
This picture is of the newly painted engine compartment. I painted it with that do it yourself bed liner stuff. It's pretty neat. We'll see how it performs later.
This is the new engine ready to go in.
New engine up in the air.
New engine up in the air with my buddy in the background...
The new engine in..... I'll take more pictures tomorrow without the chains.
The Old Engine with a big ol hole on the side.
Now, the tedious task of hooking everything back up. The manuals we have are terrible so I will be counting on yotatechers to help us out.
I also bought a Pro Comp 4 Inch Suspension lift this weekend and it should arrive Thursday or Friday. If it shows up before we get the Runner started we’ll just have to take a break from the engine to get the lift in. Besides, it will be easier to work under the truck with it lifted!
I got my Pro Comp lift from 4wheel parts. I chose to go with the Rancho RS9000X. Because they are shipping my lift to me, I got the Pro Comp shocks free. Anybody need any? I’ll have more details and pics of my lift in a new thread when it arrives.
