New Donahoe Spacer Lift

Does anyone know much about this new spacer lift from Donahoe?

Donahoe Racing Enterprises announces the release of their new Tacoma pre-runner, 4WD & 4-Runner Spacer Leveling Kit.

Anaheim, CA. (September 14, 2004) The new Donahoe Racing Tacoma Spacer Leveling Kit is a very cost effective way of leveling out a Tacoma / 4-Runner truck without dropping the shock to incorrect or dangerous heights. The kit integrates correct shock position for maximum wheel travel and spring load, and will not over-extend ball joints. Both lift and additional droop travel are built into one unit, which completely replaces the stock upper shock mount. The spacers are made from billetaluminum for corrosion resistance and are black-anodized for a sleek appearance. Upper mount studs are pre-installed for easy installation.

Not much but it looks like it replaces the entire top plate like the Cornfed's. A much better design I think btw.

Donahoe makes some fabulous products that are $$ and it looks like this is their ticket into the entry level.

Guys - heres the answer from Donahoe:

It is not a top load spacer, it replaces the factory upper mount
completely.

The DR spacer moves the stem of the shock down 3/8” (top load) and
preloads the spring an additional 1.5”

These are measurements at the shock, this equates to an additional ¾”
more wheel travel and 2.5” more ride height due to the leverage ratio of
the A-arm.

This is the most “top load” the upper ball joint can handle. It is
intended to be used with the factory black shocks or the TRD Bilsteins.
The blue Tokiko shocks are not intended for this lift as they do not
have the same travel and the shock would be topped out. Other
aftermarket shocks that are longer would be problematic, use at your own
risk and take some careful measurements vs. stock
