New CV Axle (Noise?)

New CV Axle (Noise?)
I replaced my passengers CV axle yesterday and afterwards I had some noise coming from it. It started a low speeds and continued up to 55 but changes frequency slightly. It sounded a lot like a loose belt when it gets wet, so it sounded more like rubber on metal type of squeel. After getting the truck up to 55+ and going a few miles the noise has seemed to go away. This morning it did it one time for about 100ft or so and then was quite again.
Lifting the front end of the truck and spinning the tires with my hands I couldn't hear any metal to metal bearing type sounds.
Could this just be the new rubber boots "breaking in"??
There was no noise at all prior to the new axle.
Thanks,
Lance
