New Aisin hub bolts (adds HP)

This is a continuation from another post on hubs, but we were getting kind of side tracked in there.

I ended up getting new bolts for the hubs from Noel's suggestion, and they look better than the old ones.

Not really necessary to do at all, but after seeing Jim's (Mytruck) install last year when he did his hubs, the new bolts look better.
Besides that, it was dirt cheap to do this.

The part #s are in the above thread for the nuts & bolts you will need, and it is way cheaper than buying the bolts from your Toyota dealer.

Pay no attention to the dirty hubs & wheels.
The last time I washed the rig was last October.

Old bolts with #7 inscribed on them

One new bolt on for comparison

All new bolts

I'm looking forward to about 10 to 15 more horsepower from this quick & easy mod.

Corey,

Those new stainless steel bolts really look good. Now those bolts are rust resistant. Looking good.

Hey I forgot to thank you for the tip you gave me on previous thread. As soon as you posted that I went to Lowe's in a hurry. I got them from Lowe's at Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake. They have bunch of them and washers too. I was just thumbing through their bins and found those washers, sure enough they fit. They were dirt cheaps compare to them stock bolts.

Come and see me when you get down here in Hampton Roads.

Lee, do you have a Lowe's by you?
These are made by Hillman.
Here are the items:
Bolts
M6-1.0x16 mm stainless H# 882078

Flat washers M6 stainless H# 882098

These come 5 to a pack, so I had to buy three packs.
Total was less than $6 for all of them.

If you can't find them by you, drop me an email.
Dirt cheap to what Toyota wants.

Thanks Nole & Mike, mucho better than the old ones.
I'm still waiting on the HP to kick in though

My Home Depot didn't have stainless. I didn't check Lowes since I found them somewhere else.
