You sure about that stat? I was led to believe, by my dealer, that very few 2WDs were sold in the northern part of the country. He even said that you couldn't get a 2WD in the northeast unless it was special ordered. Must be a lot of them down south.

Coming from Florida, I'd recount those numbers

80% seems a bit high. Are those Florida-only purchases or the entire U.S.?

The dealer my wife got her 4Runner from I only saw one 4WD the rest were 2WD.Maybe a total of 15 4Runners all together.
