Neighbors must think I'm nuts doin' the ARB

I'm outside getting close to dusk this evening throwing a good wax job on the ARB.

It's powder coated and holds up real well, but with fall here, and crappy weather a month away, it's good to get some wax on it.

No, I did not use Best Of Show on it
I used Zymol on it by hand as it's a cleaner/wax and this way I could get surface crap off of it too.

Turned out pretty good. I should do the Porter Cable treatment on the rig before to long.

Corey,

My rig will probably never get that kind of care.

How much will you charge me to detail my rig? I've got dust from 2 (maybe 3) Greenwater trips, some dust from Hells Canyon and a couple of other places on the inside that I haven't gotten around to. I'm going hiking this weekend and have a few miles of gravel road to travel so there will probably be some more. It could use some wax on the outside too. I've only managed to wash the outside to get rid of the really nasty looking dust that builds up.

Beautiful Corey.

Well this hurricane sure has screwed my plans. I was going to get that porter cable, remove the ugly pin stripping and polish and wax the mess out of my rig. Oh well, maybe next week.

At least I got the power antenna mast replaced.

Envious,
Sam

I just recently installed the EGR Carbon Fiber bug guard also, but now I'm getting more wind noise (= lower mpg). Is it because this guard is higher profile than others (toyota oem ones) or am I just paranoid. I like the look of the EGR better than smoke black, so I'm hoping there are no disadvantages of it.

Just tell me I'm paranoid...but honestly......
