need some pictures of second gen

I got my truck back from my mechanic after getting some a/c work done. everything works perfet, but something under my hood just doesnt look right. i know he had to take out the cruise control, fuse box, battery, and front grill to get to the line that he had to replace. could somebody with a second gen (with a mostly stock setup under the hood) take some pictures of the battery side under the hood, mainly the cruise control area.

i would appreciate it sooooo much. thanks. if you want to email them to me, my email is jboggs@socal.rr.com

I'll try and post one in a few hours when I get up to dad's and start replacing the radiator. If I forget to put it here look under my radiator thread in maintenance

Hmmm...if your cruise control is near the battery on the passenger side, then 2wd must be different or something, because mine's just like Corey's, the CC is on the drivers near the firewall.

devil dogI posted some pics of my engine bay for you here. Now before you start cracking on me remeber I am in Japan and my steering wheel is on the RIGHT side. From all the pics I have seen though every thing is in the same place. I hope these help. But you have not provided us alot of info on what part of the cruise control that you are looking for..vac line/elec conn/throt cable....that list can go for awhile. at any rate I hope these help and let me know if I can help.

The CC is the round thing where the cable is leading to, behind the ARB compressor. The CC used to be mounted where the compressor is now mounted.

Devil Dog I have that same CC can on mine and it is in the same place.... well sorta I do not have an ARB mod. While that brake booster is on the other side of my truck the rest of the eng bay is laid out the same....The U.S. Model and Japan are sooo much alike I use the U.S. FSM and chiltons to do all my work. So what seems to be the CC trouble...not working at all wont hold correct speed.....if not working at all ... I have a cruise light in the ins cluster if you have one does it come on?
