Need Help Locating Part (Pic)

Does anyone know if this part is replaceable? (inside yellow line) I broke it off at where it connects near the evap cannister (left end if looking at pic) while trying to power bleed my brakes. I think this is the root of my P0441 and p0446 codes.

Just use hose. I dont think you need the plastic hardline in there
Just make sure it is hose that can withstand the vaccum, I think some 1/4" ID fuel hose would do nicely.

Thanks for the reply...I would...but it is a solid piece from end to end. It broke at the EVAP side. I will look more closely to be sure.

I looked more closely. There is no where to slip hose onto that. It is a hard line all the way until it attaches on both ends. Does anyone know if this part replaceable? There are soft pieces in the bend but not where it attaches to the EVAP end or the firewall end.

those soft peices on the bends must slip over something, just remove them and the hardline and replace all of it with one long hose...

if not what is it thats holding them on there?

looks like the part needing to be replaced is Denso 184600-1960. Not sure what it is called? It has a plastic nipple coming off of it that the soft round tube slips over. it broke right at the base of the nipple. no chance in fixing that. does anyone if that is the toyota part number before i call?

If I had the slightest clue where it was, right now, I'd send you the one from my 3.4 swap. The 90* hoses and the hard line pipe are connected to your vapor pressure switch (by the firewall). Your system would work fine if you just remove the 90* hoses from both ends, and replace the whole works with a single length of vacuum hose.

Raj,
Thanks. But if I had somewhere to connect the end of the hose at the evap end of that, i would. That would be the perfect solution. The nipple that comes off of that device circled in red is no longer there after i accidentaly broke it off trying to hook up the chain on my motive power bleeder, therefore I have no where to connect the hose. Does that make sense? In other words the nipple is stuck inside the 90 degree rubber tube and i am left with nowhere to connect a vaccum line.

yep appears there was some definite "glue-age" on that little sucker... ...i say just run to the local junkyard and try to find a 3.4 to nab the part off of...

Part number if anyone is interested is 25860-75140. Stealer wants $90. I am off to the salvage yard.
