Naming Your 4Runner...

DO you guys have names for your 4Runners? I feel like mine is my best friend and it needs a name, but I'm having trouble thinking of one. The best one I've come up with so far is "Gage". And is yours a boy or girl...hahaha. Mines a boy.

i havent named mine, but it is most commonly referred to as "the b!tch" or " piece of ▓▓▓▓▓ when it is stuck or making odd noises. some of the guys on here have named there trucks so maybe 4runners are becoming like boats...

but mine is definately a girl, she cant stand to stay dirty after i wheel her

Mines a boy because I figured a girl with a super deep voice (VORTEX) isn't very attractive.

naming is mostly a personal thing i wouldn't get a consensus as to what to call your runner. personally off the top of my head i'd call mine rick sanchez....which is why i should take some more time to think about a real name

we tend to have names around here, mostly because years ago, a shop that I used called my 93 F150 "Big Red", so we've had names ever since... my 87 is "Whitey". I won't bore you with the rest of em.

I call mine the "Grey Goose".

I tend to stay away from boy/girl names.

Do tacos count?

I have a Tacoma but it's the same principal right... I've deemed my truck "Sydney". I just love that name and my truck looks like a Sydney to me.

I think a study that came out recently said that those that have names for their vehicles are more likely to be involved in road rage. It was on one of the morning shows.

Stay away from me!

My truck was officially named Gustav Manlove Felatio, but Deathrunner had more of a ring to it. BUt that doesn't change my deep affection for manlove.

Like my signature says, DoomRunner (it just doesn't look like it brings ultimate doom, yet).

Funny how it's close to DeathRunners...but it's not related, I swear! I dub alot of my toys "Doom<item>." Plus, I couldn't come up with anything more creative. My Saturn commuter car is already "ThePest," heh.

I never got to name my rigs, my buddies have done it for me:

'94 4x4 truck = Pavement Princess (their way of giving me ▓▓▓▓▓ for never taking it wheeling)

'02 4x4 4runner = Mommy Mobile (their way of saying "where's the lift, the 33's, and the rock rails")

I'm working on the 4runner, but after 10 years the poor truck is stuck with the name.
