Angry My life sucks!!!!!!

Well its official my life sucks.
I ordered front and rear air lockers and gears in early April.
The shop finally took my truck in on Monday night.
At 1:30 today the guy said they were finishing up. At 6:00 he said the front wasnt done due to a blown axle seal so no runner until @ least Tuesday .
To top it off when I went to hook up my boat to the Taco I had the wrong wiring harness adapter so no fishing tomorrow :pat: can it get any worse...?

Anyone know how much or how long it takes to replace an axle seal?

I was hoping I coud make a decision on the EC4RJ today but it will still have to wait.

Load up the camping gear...a cooler with a six pack or two, head out to the nearest patch of clear sky...And howl at the moon tonight.

Shouldnt take long, took me about 45 minutes to replace the CR seal, wheel bearing, (sp?) and whatever that seal on the other side of the bearing is called. a pro should be able to do it fast.

Well I got the six (actually 12) pack, for tonight and I may actually pack up the camping gear and dog tomorrow morning and hea for that clear sky. Fitting the 150# newf behind the front seat of the Taco is always good for a laugh Thanks for the upside look for the weekend hope you enjoy yours.

Let me guess...you don't have a winch...just a leash.

Always darkest before the dawn

I just talked to my Dad and he'll lend me his 4th gen v8 to pull the boat tomorrow ( giggle like a school girl) so the trip is back on.
And yes I have a winch but thats on the 4runner which is in the shop so until dad saved the day I was looking for a really big shoehorn.

Yeah, you could have blown an axle seal driving. And have no lockers like me.

Tombo...check his location...No matter what equipment Guinesss has, he's stuck in NJ. You on the other hand are in beautiful AZ. Life begins west of the Rockies.
