[QUOTE=jethro]Well if the driver was drunk when the 4runner was flopped over, then I would agree 100% with your posts. I just don't see any reason to believe the driver was drunk.[/QUOT

Your right I should not have said that stuff!!!
So I apologise to koyota93!

Man sorry to hear about your 4Runner. Sucks to hear that you don't like it enough to at least be getting another Toyota. Good luck with everything and the insurance company.

I rolled my '99 4Runner 3 1/2 times last Dec. Some 16 year old kid ran a red light and hit my front passenger side(and I'm not saying all 16 yr old's are bad drivers, just this one). The police report estimated he was going around 75 mph. I was alone in the truck with my belt on. When it finally stopped rolling, I was upside-down. But, my only real injuries were cuts and scrapes from climbing out the window through all the broken glass and a burn on my forearm from the airbag. Becuase the airbags went off the Ins. co. considered it a total. But, trust me it was a total. The Ins co gave me just enough to pay it off. And now I have a 89 4Runner and I love it!!

The moral of the story: Toyotas are pretty damn safe in a roll over cuz we're all ok!!

Thanks Toyota!

I wasn't trying to start a big arguement or anything. I just wanted to show everyone the pics that's all. I go to the body shop in the morning. I see if I can get more pics.

I don't see any way that won't be called a total. All it takes is a really big dent in the roof and it's done as far as insurance goes.

My buddy bought a 97runner and flipped it a week and one day after he got it he was plaing with the automatic shift and through it into reverse everything locked up through him sidways and he flipped 2 and half time walk away just fin and he still drives it around had some stuff pushed out and glass replaced it looks like crap but drives great. I love these runners they last through anything.

It's 9 years old. Insurance will total it almost for sure.
