More endless suspension questions

So I am new to this forum, but not new to toyota trucks or the sport of off roading. I've owned two FJ40's, FJ60, 1993 4wd pickup, and now a 97 4runner. I still have one of the FJ40's. The 1967 FJ40 is my toy. I have installed a chevy V-8, 4 speed, power disc brakes, power steering, shackel reversal, lockrite, plus stuff I can't ever remember.
Now for the 4runner, it is my daily driver. I also have it loading with tools 3 or 4 days a week. I also pull a trailer once or twice a month. So I am debating a lift to cure the sag when it is loaded, plus 265/75/16's. I know that it does not take much if any lift for those tires. (I've been reading this forum for weeks) So I've been thinking PP springs or 99 coils. I have not seen anywhere what the actual lift or estimated lift of the 99 coils would be on my 97. My truck is not going to get bumpers or a winch (all that is on the 40). I've also considered the Tacoma springs, what whould the best rear be to level with the front. I don't what a lot of rake in the rear. Everything I've reads talks about 2-2.5 in the front and 3 or more in the back with OME.

I guess my questions are gain in inches of 99 coils? I am looking for the most usable 2 in lift. I hear PP is actually closer to 1.5 or 2. Maybe tundra coils without top out spacers? What would match the rear? These may sound like the same questions but SS 99 coil kits states that it lifted a 2wd 2001 runner two inches. How does that convert to my 97 4wd?
Thanks for the help, anyone with a FJ question I can probably help

A Frankenstrut front and OME 906 coils would work for 2 inches of lift.

The Tundra TRD front is the ultimate way to go which I'll be doing sometime next year.

OME 881's up front (with spacer) and 906's will give you an even 2" as well.
....or you can run no spacer in front like me and you'll get about 1/2 - 3/4" rake.

99 coils all around will only move your 97 4WD 4runner up about 1" from stock (but you'll still have the rear end sagging later).

With any loading or towing, id go with the Old Man Emu (OME) 891's.

1.5-1.75" lift - Performance Products (PP) coil set

1.75-2" lift - Tundra coils up front with no spacer and OME 906 coils in the rear

2-2.5" lift - Tundra coils up front with a top-out spacer and OME 890 coils in the rear
