Yea that would be sweet, I'm still skeptical though
PS: my sparkies had white deposits on all of them, i guess it was the Injector Cleaners i was adding, but since i cleaned them up, the engine got smoother (while not missing)

Solved :D
Hi all,
well, this might sound silly.
I went to my mech last week and told him my dilemma that i "troubleshooted" this problem on my own and it didn't help. He looked at my Wires and said that they have "flux" or something, meaning they are leaking and my cylinder is not getting all the voltage it needs for a good spark. But I should start by trying STPs injector cleaner and go from there.
I said ok and left. But i've done all this minor tune ups before and it didn't help and i'm not a big fan of these Liquid Cleaners, boosters, etc that go in the gas tank, they end up leaving a deposit on my sparkies and then i have to open and clean them. So i went to AutoZone and got me Bosch wireset *again* (last time i returned after i checked my Resistance on my oem wires) and installed them the same night. and guess what...........................
IT WORKED
my wires were the culprits after all. Now i can worry less about the compression on of the cylinder for a while.
Now my baby is the way it was before, rough and touch and a Happy Runner
Thanx all for you input.

setting valves
ok so my problem seems to be valve seals or valves on those cylinders...any write up on how to set valves on a 2000 4runner V6? I'm found a good deal on rebuilt heads...new seals and valves....thinking about doing it but I want a write up! Anyone here able to help me out?
