actually depending if it rains or not it could get dirty within weeks, even days depending on the weather.....it has barely been three weeks and i can already draw words onto the side of my truck...I gotta get it washed and waxed again, it NEVER stays clean and it drives me crazy sometimes.

Well, I just spent 5 hours detailing my rig. I first vacuumed the interior, carpets, seats, trunk area, everything. Then I sprayed some febreeze on the interior carpeting to get it to smell nice and neat. Then I armor-alled everything that can be! That looks real good now too. I then took it and washed it at the car wash. I have to do it there because we have a water restriction right now, so you can't hand wash any vehicle! So I washed it REAL good and air dried it on Rt. 100. Then I came back and sprayed some tire cleaner/shine on and polished the wheels to a great shine! Next, I took off all the tar and smeared bugs off with Tar And Bug Remover...starting to look real nice now. After that, I got out the Turtle-wax 6" orbital polisher/buffer/wax applicator and put on my new Meguiars Cleaner/Wax. I then took it off with the buffer and polished it real well with the buffer, touching up some places that the buffer can't reach. Then I got out the Mother's Back To Black and turned all of the semi-faded black trim and running boards and bumper cover back to black. That looks real sharp. Then I washed all the glass, including all the mirrors with Windex and used the Windex to shine up all the chrome bumpers and used it on the fogs and the lights. Last, I checked all the fluids and took some pictures and hopefully I can use one for my avatar. Now it looks real sweet. I love the way it looks and feel great because it is clean and protected. The orbital buffer works awesome and the Meguiars is awesome as well. Thanks to everyone for the suggestions and tips! :fireman:

Well, I don't have a digi cam, so I took some with my reg. camera and have to get them developed. I will then scan them in and put them on here somehow. I want to use one for my avatar, but I have to get them developed first! :fireman:
