Manual Hub Install: Cone Washers
Putting Aisin hubs and 4Runner axles on my Suzuki - question:
Should I put anti-seize compound on the cone washers?
Discuss.
Thanks!

Never seen em sieze - they are hardened steel and shouldn't need it. Siezing, galling or corroding is not why they are hard to get out.

I always use anti-sieze on mine, makes sure they come off nice and easy next time. On my truck, nearly every fastener gets either anti-sieze, thread locker or in a few cases a sealant (like the timinmg cover/oil pump bolts).
