So S/C doesn't count, but a S/C V8 4th Gen will whip the 3rd gen S/C. You might try to take on Biff's Runner, it is rumered to be whickedly fast!

Anyway, add a tenth of a second or two for a 4Runner, and that should be accurate.
I would guess a stock 5 speed 3rd gen with 4.10's could run about 16.5 - 17.0. Knock another second off with a SC'r, and then another .2 - .5 with fuel mods.
