Low idle on the 3.0!
Every once in awhile, while at a stop light, my idle would drop down to 400 - 500 rpm's, I cleaned the t-body,..! NOTHING! This happened even after I rebuilt it!
So, I took the idle screw all the way out, it was covered with carbon thicker than my wife's mascara! , I cleaned it up real good and sprayed t-body cleaner in the hole. I replaced the idle screw and readjusted the idle! Walla! No more low idle!
Just a little fyi!
