Question Looking to take out my lift. Need help making a buy & to do list

I currently have this ^ lift in my rig originally from Toytec lifts. Its been in for 10 years and has been effective but I want to go back to stock height and it actually seems pretty straight forward to do this.
Its in a 2001 Tacoma - V6 4X4

Looking to create a shopping/to do list.

So far I came up with this.

Shopping lost:
Set of original Tacoma front struts
Set of original long screws for the front differential
Set of rear shocks

To Do:

1. Take out spacers and long front differential 8 x 40mm bolts and replace with stock length.
2. Remove front Eibach coils and replace with front struts, keep existing shocks on lowest perch.
3. Remove rear add-a-leafs
4. Remove 10 year old Bilstein 5100 rear shocks and replace with new set.
5. Remove Brake proportioning valve bracket (existing hardware in place can remain)

I literally have none of the original parts that were taken out and the lift is ten years old. I just replaced my front shocks and mounts last month so I can keep those. If there is anything else, even something small, you think I should get like certain bushings or other parts and the correct order to remove and replace these parts in please let me know.

Toytec said I could reuse the hardware thats on the differential drop kit just need to take out the spacers and bolts. Also I can keep the bolts and hardware that came with the brake proportioning valve bracket, just remove the bracket. Is this right??

The Eibach 112-620 coil overs are still good and I will totally ship them at my expense to whomever could help me with this after I take my lift out...

thanks!

Are the front springs stiffer than stock? I have a ‘99 with the “tall” springs, but they are 22 years old. I wonder if new springs would help my front end.

Not to sure... The manufacturer is Eibach. Toytec lifts would know too.
