Locking Lugz?

Locking Lugz?
Looking for some locking lug nuts for my 4RNNR... I dealer sells them for 39+ bucks. And Checker Auto (a parts store) has them for like 12 bucks.. but they looked really flimsy (I mean) I actually bought these and returned them. Cuz I ended up bending 2 of the washers because they didnt sit correctly when I installed them. The spacing looked off.
What would those of you (other 4R owners) recommend? Should I go with the dealer ones?

Me too. THe Cheapskate previous owner apparently stole all my wheel locks. I only have 5 lugs on each wheel. I want some good ones and if I have to pay 39 bucks I will, just wondered if there was any good alternative?

I bought some $12 wheel locks from a local shop and after using them 2 times, I found that the key had cut away at some of the corners of the locks (you know that sunbeam pattern). A guy at Discount Tire Co. pointed it out to me and told me the better version to get is the one Brian pointed out. Gorilla makes'em and they're the type that have the key fit over the lug-lock kind of like a socket wrench.
I'm VERY happy with these locks!

As long as it is the right size lug, 12mm x 1.5mm thread pitch then you are set. I got a set of black Gorilla Locks for like $15.95 to go with my Tech 1 rockcrawlers and they were just lugnuts that needed a lockkey to take off. Didn't have any washers like you were talking about. I've never had a lug lockset that had any washers with it and I've had a bunch of different sets. No need to spend $39 bucks for a set unless you just want to waste money IMO.
