lifting void waranty??

Look at it this way:
If you replace your factory springs and shocks with aftermarket items and they fail, Toyota surely can't help you with those items. It will be up to the manufacturer of said items to provide you with warranty service if applicable. If other items related to the suspension system fail because of the lift itself, such as your CV Joint Boots, then Toyota probably won't be able to help you there either.
Does all this mean mean your warranty is void? Not necessarily. All other items not related to the lift shouldn't be affected by warranty issues.
I'm sure that Jay can answer this better. Hopefully, my answer helps in the meantime.
