I have a 94 Pickup with stock shocks. One of the rear ones is leaking. Do I need to replace all four? If not, should I still? Also, what are some good shocks for the price? I would like to spend $150 or less for a set, so I know I'm not looking at anything really nice. Also, I don't do a lot of 4x'n, a smooth ride on the road is the priority. I got a set ( two front ) of Edelbrock for you if you're close to me. I'll take 50 for the set. Life time warranty too. I'm in So. Cal.

 

I have the Monroe SensaTracs that I got from Napa. I think that they were around $35-$40/ea. Great shock and not to spendy, a few other members here have them I think, I know Bike4Miles does.

One of my rear shocks was leaking,last week i had them replaced(only the rears)with some munroe's,heaps better doesnt feel like a forklift anymore.

 

It's better to replace all four. If you drive mostly on the streets I think Monroes would be OK, but if you have the $$$ go with Bilstein.

 

What about some lower end Ranchos, Edelbrocks, or something like that. Summit has the Edelbrock IAS Twin-Tube Shocks # EDL-20102 for $20 and Rancho 5000s for $38? Are they any good? I know in this price range I'm not gonna get a great shock, but I just want the best in the range. Thanks for all the help.

 

I just ordered a set of RoughCountry Nitro9000's from JC Whitney.It came to 150 W/Boots.The front work great ,the rear are still on backorder.
