I've had that happen before and called my powder rep about it...then i duplicated it, stuck it back in the oven for an extra 8 minutes at 400* and it cured the problem right up with no cracking coming back...and it has been over 6 months and I still look at the sample piece and still flawless. He might be a good coater, but sounds ametuerish to handling defects.

It will look good after right coming out of the oven...but they appear once the piece has cooled for about 20 minutes at room temp.

Well, sorry to disappoint you. I've been saving for a while and will be ordering the lift next week. I have 295 nitto terra grapplers mounted up, just waiting for the lift.
