Low heat powder and use a special gun to shoot it with because it isn't metal so you have no good ground for the regular guns. Most guys will cure it with IR lamps also. I know you can also shoot powder on MDF wood too for architectural purposes. We looked into that process as well when I worked in FL.

I thought 260$ for all four was a good price, especially considering the place is ten minutes from my house and i didnt have to ship them out.

I got mine done for a really good deal from a new shop that opened up. $40 each. I sent you an email on the shipping info for the center caps i sent you.
lets hope the powdercoater didn't put too much on the center of the wheels, because those wheels are hub centric, which means the center of the wheel fits snugly exactly to the diameter of the hub. If its too snug then the wheels may not spin as freely. The tire shop put the wheels on fine, but when it came time to take them off to rotate my tires, they were stuck pretty good to the hub. I had to get under car and kick the tire out. I know that not really safe when the car's on jack stands, but it was the only way. I had to grind the powdercoating off to get the to fit right.

I use the dremel...use one of them round sanding disks with the finer grit. That will do it well and quick..

I bought a little sanding drum bit and put it on my cordless drill. It took a while but it got it off. Most of the the powdercoating came off when the wheel was first put on the car, since there was really no gap between the wheel and hub, the powdercoating got scraped out when they tightened the lug nuts on at the tire shop. you might want to try to fit the wheels on first and see if they slide over the hub easily. don't force it on, or you'll have a hell of a time getting it off.

I had to buy new ones too, i got mine from rock auto, they were 2.69 each and sold in boxes of 10 only. That was the cheapest i could find.

nice looking wheels
the junkyard /salvage yard here just changed their policy and will not sell alloy wheels due to some crap about liability and someone could sue them if they sold a cracked one.
made me mad as hell they had this huge pile of rims just calling me to rummage through and I could not =(

McDonalds put a disclaimer on their coffee that says "CAUTION HOT!" but some lady still got away with Suing them. People refuse to take accountability for their actions, is why many companines are no longer willing to take the risk.

The wheels wont be on the truck for a few months, while i save up for a lift and tires. I am very anxious to put them on, but rather than swapping my current tires over to the new wheels, i've decided to wait and do the lift, wheels and new tires all at the same time.
