Kicking my A$$ kind of problem NAV unit
Its almost time to take a hammer to this ˟˟˟˟˟, you might say I'm a bit frustrated. I purchased a OEM Nav unit out of a camry, I have a 2003 4Runner. I've installed the NAV unit but don't seem to be able to get any sound out...Initially I had the JBL in dash six CD changer, removed it, and replaced it with NAV, as I said, sound to no avail. Everything seems to be working with an exception of the sound. I've read numerous threads and see mention of this same problem, while none specifically address how to correct it...
Can any one point me in the right direction to fix this??? Prior to installing the NAV unit, I had the JBL six disc in dash changer with the amp, I've replaced it with the in dash NAV (OEM w/ E7003 on the front of the unit). To work with I have the amp out of the camry, the wiring harness out of the camry, and the amp out of the camry, I've only installed the NAV unit as it plugs directly into the existing harness, and of course I have the GPS antenna, which I've installed in the dash (it is getting a getting GPS signal).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
