That's a weird setup... I guess you would have to do the following:
1) Tie your Kenwood wiring harness from your new deck into the wires behind the dash (you'll have to cut the old connectors off).
2) Disconnect the old amp.
3) Purchase a Toyota wiring harness from a car stereo store or crutchfield.
4) Tie the amp input wires (cut the connector off) to the Toyota wiring harness.
5) Connect the wiring harness to the amps output connectors.
I'm no expert so proceed at your own risk. If you buy the wiring harness from crutchfield they may provide support for connecting your deck.
