Jc Whitney Blows !
Here's my story.Bought a 90 runner in May.Ordered 4 shocks -May 8th(mine were so bad you could almost bounce the front end in the air by tapping the brakes repeatedly) .Received the front a week later and it was noted on the invoice the rear were backordered.Ok so July 12 i finally recieved the rear and removed one of them,opened the box and they sent one front and one rear(both boxes had the same rear part#)arrrrghhh.Reinstalled the original shock,sent the incorrect unit back(at my expense-$10)and waited.Well today is Aug 7 th and FedEx just dropped a box at my door.Yes ..Finally...Opened the box and (yes ,you guessed it )another front shock(with the rear part #)It even looks like the same one i sent back(bag opened-plastic retaining strap cut off )Then to TOP it off the new invoice says they charged my credit card for another shock !!!! WTF !
Sooo...............Do i try dealing with them again
put on the one shock(rough country)and try to match it up with something else
Just buy two different rear shocks
Is there somewhere else i can buy a rough contry shock from????????
I am so pissed off at those DumbA$$es .

WoW I would be popping a blood vessel in my forehead by now. breathe in breate out stay calm for us k. LoL ok scream! I would start with phone calls to JCW. Ask for someone in management being salespeople are dipwads usually when handling something they already made money on and wont make more. Explain what has happened and that you are angry but keep a smiley face on for them so they will want to help you. Ask to be reimbursed for the first shock you sent back and for them to accept cod on this return. Their fault not yours. Tell them to also credit your card for the now 5th shock. hope it works out.
