Its snowing in Charlotte, NC.

I finally got a chance to try the 03 4runner LTD in the white stuff. Everything is bone stock with Michelin cross terrain tires which came on the truck. The truck handels amazingly well. I stepped outside to walk around and the roads are very slippery. The truck handels as though its raining. Shockingly stable for acceleration and braking. My M3 could never do this. Slips and slides no matter what. I cant wait till we get more snow...

no snow here, just freezing rain and some sleet. Would rather have snow.

Yea man its snowing its a$$ off here in Richmond, Va. Its the first signifigant snow of the season here. We've probably recieved ~1-2 inches so far. Probably not much for some of ya'll but its a lot for around here.
Got to drive the 4Runner in the snow for the first time. 4WD is great in the snow. I'm used to front wheel drive cars. It would be very hard to get around in just 2WD. Driving in 2WD is very squirrely.

Its supposidly snowing up in asheville, Haven't talked to anyone today about it though. Glad SOMEONE is bennifiting from this cold front All we get down here is cold weather w/o any of the bennifits... I'm thinking about taking a trip home this comming weekend though. Espcially if there is good snow on the ground . Glad to hear you feel secure in your truck in the silpery stuff. Just wait til you get some better rubber, you will really be supprised then.

We got about 6 inches of snow last night. But we are use to it. My wife lived in Kannapolis, NC and said that if it snows there, everyone panics!

Snow here!!

I'm in Asheville and we've got about 3-4 inches of snow with a crust of ice on top. Coming home this evening, all main roads are covered with packed snow and ice (including I-26). I only saw one or two DOT trucks attempting to clear the roads and they weren't making much progress. Pretty messy scene, unless of course you're driving a Toyota 4x4!
