You can get to the lights in the climate dials after you pull the face plate.

This is good, as I'd prefer to change everything at once without taking half of the truck apart.
I figured I'd need 5-6 #74, 2 Neo Type A and 3 Neo Type B.

check www.toyodiy.com you can look up your vehicle and access the same kind of parts diagrams/lists that the dealers use they can be very helpful in determining what is where and how to get at it. It even includes a (non-current) price list that will give you an idea of what a part should cost at the dealer.
Also see the online FSMs linked from our general tech section.

edit: scratch that about the diagrams seem toyota usa kept complaining to their ISP so no more diagrams just lists...

If you find the exact specs of the bulbs in the ECT and rear window switches please let me know. There are two small indicator lights that should light up above each heated seat switch. The bulb is the same as the brown one that JWaldz showed in that one picture. Ash tray, glove box and shifter all use the same bulb, a #74, on 01-02 models. Also, a good site to use is v-leds.com. I got my LED's through them and most of them fit, with the exception of the aforementioned ECT and RR window buttons, which was my fault since I ordered the completely wrong ones after not researching them. Frustrating to have all white LED's and then random dark spots. Also, which specific neo wedge goes behind the digital part of the climate control? I'm talking about the part that lights up the fan speed and temp settings, not the two on either side of them. I managed to order the right bulbs for those spots
