Indiglo gauge group buy through Procarparts.com is a No-go
Guys,
For those of you waiting on this, its a definite no-go. First, they are not going to sway from their minimum purchase amount. Second, the guy that answered the phone was uncooperative, aloof, and generally the worst sales person (or whatever he was) on the face of the planet. Lemme give you an excerpt of the last 5 mins of my conversation:
(after discussing min purchase amount)
Bob: so there's some potential customers who would like to purchase your indiglo gauges through a group buy. Would you guys consider putting a group buy package together?
Rep: Uh...sure.
Bob: Ok, well what would the terms be?
Rep: Hold on...(about 2 minute hold)...ok, if you want to put some people together to buy our gauges, sure, that would be fine.
Bob: Uh...what about a discount for the group purchase?
Rep: Hold on....(another minute later)...uh, sure, people can buy in a group but you would have to buy it.
Bob: click
If I were procarparts.com, I'd look for someone w/ basic business knowledge and common sense. I think this guy didn't understand the concept of a group buy and MONEY CHASING A COMPANY. Geez, if some company called my company looking to buy my products, a car crashing through my office wouldn't distract me.
Sorry guys, but I gave it the good ol' country try.

ive dealt with them before i dont think anyone in that business has any intelligence. for order was a few years ago, ordered reverse indiglo guages from my explorer took them a month to send them. second was license plate frames, that took three tries. first they sent mitsubishi, then they sent nissan then they finally sent toyota. ill never order anything from them again. only good part was they let me keep all the wrong license plate frames. so i sold them.

I'm not really interested but, for a guy in "sales" that is pretty clueless.
By the way. Concelli seems to have stoped e-mailing tracking numbers? Are they lame now too?
What online dealers are you guys buying from?
No tracking number, no dice.

Bob you are correct. 99-02
I posted the direct link because some 99+ owners don't realize the different selections that can be made to an order. I don't see why speedhut could make an adjustment for the 96-98 crowd.

I'd much rather avoid a bad deal than try to force a bad one to come out right.
