I just got the new bushings in the mail, (no charge) thanks Superlift. I'll turn that bolt around and these things will last 20 years.

It sounds like you over torqued the nut and broke the locking part of it. I've had that happen before and the only way to get it off was to cut the bolt. That's what I meant when I said they can't take a lot of torque.
