I got my car back. Make sure you're sitting down, and check out the cost.

I started paying my wife's bills when we were dating. It was all downhill, (or uphill?) from there a long 13+ years ago...

I am glad you like Dave Ramsey. You sound like a replica of us, 96 Runner, and a Honda. Dang that Honda! Almost 30MPG!
We now carpool to work and leave the Runner as a weekend warrior.

$1800 in labor
$800 in parts
Man that sucks. I'm glad I've got the hookup at my Toyota dealership.
I only owe $2500 on my 4runner. It really sucks being in college. No money .
I'll pay it off in the summer and save for the next school year.

Well L33T35T 4Runner, I feel your pain. My Runner is gona die, the only way I can get out of my jam is an eitire engine swap. I just can't see puttng that much money into somthing that I owe so much on still. I still owe my parents about 9 or 10 on the Runner and now I find out that she is dying and need either a new engine or to be replaced. I'm going for the replace option.
Check out my post "My Baby is Gona Die" for all the nasty details.
I'm 19 and owe my parents 10K and now I'm replacing that with even more debt. Lord, and if it only gets worse than this, than I'm in for one hell of a rid through adulthood.

Wow, I worry about my finances a lot...I keep pretty exact track of them (I'm pretty anal, I even added in the $1.07 I found in change in the new truck ) If I woulda spent all the money I spent this year on **censored** on my 4R instead, I coulda done a supra swap. Yeah, I keep track of how much $$ I spend on **censored**...It's frightening! (spent almost 2.2k this year!)
