hub nut removal cv axel

havent been here for awhile but just bought a 98 4x4 tocoma and it needed a cv boot so started on it today and also it has manual lockout hubs, my problem is it has one of those 6 finger spindel nuts and i cant find a socket anywhere to get it off, need to repack the bearings but got to get that thing off, anyone know about these and where i can get that tool? and is it right hand thread , or left ?

I use a 36mm socket. I found them at Sears (Craftsman). I just put it in 4wd, and pop open the nut with a breaker bar.

:/ Are you talking about the hub nut "cover" that is held on by the cotter pin? (blue in color)

Can you take a picture? Never heard of this before.
