How Long

My stepdad has a rusted 94 4-runner with 130k, He also just got a 2001 4-runner about 3 months ago. My concern is with the 94 because once he got the 2001 the 94 was just uncerimoniously parked in the woods line. The 94 has only even been started once in those three months and has not even been moved.

My question is: How long b4 time takes its toll on the 94 and things strt to break down from time and non-use.

3-4 months isnt a long time, most people store their summer rvs and similar a lot longer than that... however if it hasnt been used and was not properly "winterized" then plan on replacing all its fluids and dropping in a new battery.....

eventually, rubbers seals and such are going to start deteriorating.... due to many factors, it is impossible to actually say vehicle x can last y amount of months before something bad happens.....

This thing went from doing 3,000mi a month to just sitting in the woodsline in 2days time

LoL, thats why I love having remote start on my old 2nd gen thats been parked for a little while. I just start it up once a week, it runs for 15 minutes and shuts off automatically...and then once every other week I drive it and wash it and stuff. Works pretty well, if you just go out there and start it every now and then it should help it out a bit.
