How do I replace thise piece?

Hey guys, I've beeen racking my brain trying to figure out how I replace this little plastic piece. The ground shifter's "cover sheet" or whatever its called. Can anyone help? Hopefully so..sorry the pic isnt uploading, but its the cover piece with the "P R N D D2 etc" on it...please help me!

there is a bolt on the side of the rubber gripper of the shifter and u take that out and pull off the grip and then if u ect button there will b a lil connector that u take apart and then pull all the center console trim up from that area and unscrew the plastic piece from the body i think its 3 or four of them and then put yer new one in and put everything else back together
