Neither link of your link work. Here's your options- buy a projector style replacement headlamp assemly and use HID bulbs/ballasts, or retrofit your halogen housings with projector kit. Both have been documented, just search for it.

Thanks,could you please check if the links work now? The situation is that I want to use this HID kit (Xenon for low and halogen for high) since the bi-xenon is illegal for my 4Runner 1999 here in PR.
