Just FYI:

Only emergency vehicles are supposed to be equipped with external blue lights. Either that or they can only be used while offroading.

Not worth the hassle, especially if you run into a cop who isn't as forgiving as the one boss hog met.

if you can get a clear or amber ones that'll be okay but yea the blue LED do look cool...but not worth getting a $80 tickets for each time you get pulled over(i've had superwhite bulbs all around my car)

Could be more than just a ticket too, you could be arrested for impersonating an officer. Go ahead and install them, but please don't have them on while the vehicle is on the road, moving or not.

Leave the windshield washer lights to the ricers man. Those things toatlly ruin a rig. If thats the only thing you can afford right now to set your ride apart then more power to ya, but if you can afford more mods than that thhen i suggest you do them first.

You could use a bfh and hit them out from the bottom side and if you miss a couple of time it wouldn't be any worse than putting the lighted squirters on in the first place. But anyways yes the 2 little taps then they push out. Good luck and rice away!
