I hear ya. I saw that OffRoad Solutions has a manual hub conversion kit for about 900 clams. I might be investing in that and new upper-a's so I can eek another inch of lift in front. it comes with new cv's and warn hubs but the boots are extra no big expense for them though. SAS is above my budget though, hehe. I don't think my year could be swapped without some major (I mean more than the normal sas) work and fabbing. it would be a nice thing cause then I could put a 5 foot lift on it and put on some tractor tires. haha. as you can see, my goal is lots of lift and big muddin' tars!

Hey Metallica any verdict on the bill or whether or not it really worked yet?? BTW how many miles do you have? All this talk of a SAS got me thinking has anyone ever seen a 3rd Gen Runner with one done?

Bringing this one BTT.

Did everyone get these issues fixed? If so what was the solution?

Thanks, Matt

You should always go back to that shop, it's hard to find a mechanic that will stand behind their work and not screw you over.
