Apparently so. If it was at least entertaining I wouldnt have said anything, but that was, well...I'll let you fill in the rest. Looks like he's banned now too.
Why where the mods poking around in my first post? Nothing is changed?
edit: nevermind...I see they took out his quote.

Slus, try not to be a "Flamer"
SLUS,
Man your comments are pretty harsh, and I can see your pretty good with tryin to "flame" other members, even when they can't respond.
I've always tried to be cool and fair, and never really wanted to be a "Flamer" my self.
(To the all powerful forum Gods, a Pollitically correct note)
Now the way i'm using "Flamer", is just as a verb, or an action word describing some one who activly tries to "flame" someone else (as stated in the forum rules.)
Slus, so when I call you a "FLAMER".... don't take it the WRONG WAY my friend.
(source urban dictionary 4th likely use of the word "flamer") Among the 3 other uses of the word "Flamer".....
"A person who, on a message forum of some type, attacks and flames other members of the forum for any of a number of reasons. A real "Flamer" usually attacks threads because he/she disagrees with the content of the thread or the lack thereof. The difference between a Flamer and somebody who merely disagrees is that a flamer is inappropriate in their responces."
and as far as the post being old......
my bad, i was trying to be funny with an unlikely defense scenario to defend the 4-runner in the future.
I even stated that I was "just joking".
your right, HOW DARE I do something SO STUPID as to respond to an old post, your right it was old and you rubbed my nose in it pretty well already.
Old post or not, bottom line this "Prank" story pissed me off, and should piss every one off that there are people out there who don't take care of their vehicles and go out of their way to damage others properly out of sheer jealosy.
Back to the original prank, putting a hose and pumping water into a gas tank can compleatly ruin an
$7,000 toyota engine... as water can not be compressed (at all)
Over 3 months ago, I had someone KEY both sides of my very well maintained 99' SR5 (black) down to bare metel.... pressed so hard they etched and dented the panels real good. They went out of their way to walk over to my corner parking space (where I clearly was hugging the curb)to key my car. A nice $4000.00 fix involving nearly every panel...
Its easy to be smug, but has any thing close to that EVER happened to you?
And something from your tone tells me your not the type to say something like that to someone, if we met on a trail one day face to face? (and had just a normal conversation)
Now, if I was "that guy", i guess it would be easiest to slam or "flame" someone hiding behind a computer....
I personally have never found it fun to activly post on a old thread attempting to rub crap in someones face over and over.
take it easy

this whole thread revival has been completely irrelevant, so hooray for another erroneous reply, but the direction you two are moving doesn't benefit anyone, try pming eachother, grow up and talk it out, or be a man and get over it. either way, probably move this to off topic or just off of here

Hey, putting a hose and pumping water into a gas tank can 100% ruin an
$7,000 toyota engine... as water can not be compressed (at all)

As the founder of the prank thread I can state that this is NO PRANK it is outright criminal vandalism... a condom on the tail pipe is a good prank the person that mentioned it should add it to the prank thread...
