Help: 96 4Runner won't stay running..
We have a 1996 Toyota 4Runner 3.4L 4x2 that will not stay running. We put a new motor in it. When you spray gas into the throttle body, it will start up and die again unless you are continuously spraying gas into the throttle body. It has spark, so I am assuming something is wrong with the fuel system, I tested the fuel pressure and I am getting 58-60 PSI but it still won't do anything. So I put a new regular on it and a new EFI relay and still nothing. Suggestions?
Another question I have is, when I turn the key on, the fuel pump doesn't do anything. It only turns on while trying to crank. In the book it says to turn key on and I should have 33-44 PSI but it doesn't even turn on when you turn the key on, only while cranking. So could this be why it is not cranking?
PLEASE HELP!

From what I know the pump should only be pumping once you are cranking. It does not prime. Are you sure you have all the sensors hooked up? MAF, Crank and Cam position sensors?
Edit: I don't know what book you have but the Toyota FSM says:
