You SHOULD be able to run the hot wire to both horns via a splice or jumper. I would also connect the 2nd post of each horn individually to ground (i used the bolt for the horn bracket-to-frame connection. Since you're paralleling 2 horns where you previously had, you might blow the horn fuse. If you do, i'd try the next fuse size higher but no more than that until you know if the wiring can handle it. Also, I'd swap the relay (if the new one is the same fit as the original).

just attach the stock wire to one of the prongs, then just ground the other prong. i just took a female spade connector put that on a piece of 8 guage wire and put a big holed ring terminal on the other end. i put the ring terminal on the bolt that holds the horn in place.
