Headlamp Screws Worn Out

Hi all, my first time posting on here. I'm looking to replace my headlamp on my 98 4R Limited. I bought the headlamp, removed pretty much all the bolts except two, the bolts that hold the headlamps closest to the side markers. I'm having a PITA moment with the bolts because they seem to be worn down. When I go to unscrew the bolts, they turn but don't move and just stay in the same spot. I eventually got the top one off and noticed that the screw where the bolt would've been is just worn down to bits and doesn't even have threads. I'm assuming it's the same for the bottom bolt. That's the PITA I'm having trouble with now.

This is the right side but what I'm really having trouble with is the left. Just took a picture to help with what I'm describing.

Now, I'm thinking of cutting the bolts off but if I do, where would I get the replacement bolts and screws? Toyota dealer? I'm thinking of eventually replacing the screws because the threads are just so worn down... Any ideas on what I should do and if getting replacement bolts, where? What part number? Thanks!

If it were me, I'd cut the screw and then go buy some replacements at the hardware store. I don't see any reason to try to hunt down the specific part number and buy the bolt at a markup from Toyota. I think it'd be fine to just cut the old ones and take them to the hardware store with you to match them up with something close. Lowe's, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, any of those places should have bolts/nuts that will do the job for you. You should be fine with that.

Yeah I might just end up doing that. Never realized how much of a PITA it was just to get it off though. :/ Thanks man.
