I bought a TJM bumper from him based on positive things I've read here.
I had to return my first bumper b/c of damage...
Long story short, a new TJM bumper should have been to my door on the 3rd and I can't get Mike to return my e-mails or calls.
Is this consistent with anyone else’s experience?

P.S. I'm not trying to badmouth Mike, I'm just frustrated at this point.
You have mail, lets get this thing resolved...

To everyone else, thank you very much for the kind words...I do try my very best to help you all out.

Anyhow, as always thank you, hopefully, now that the move is complete we will not experience the delays that some have mentioned. We have a new broadband provider that is a lot more reliable and we have our own mail server so we should have less dropped e mails.

When I got my bumper, I could care less if it had scratches, because I fully expected to bang it up against the rocks, which I have. I originally had ordered an ARB Sahara from 4WPW, that I too paid in full, in advance, after over 3 months of waiting and the bumper was still on backorder, I cancelled the order and got my money back. Mike was very understanding of my situation, got me the bumper at the group buy price and cut me a break on shipping! All I can say is he did a teriffic job of putting my order together.

Alright, I just cannot stop thinking about this thread....

While I am extremely grateful for the several compliments, I cannot stand to think that there are some out there that are dissatisfied.

As far as getting additional help, unfortunately that is not an option at this time...

Not as an excuse, only as an explanation, this last week there have been some delays with the move...While I completely understand that this should not happen, it did.

I try very hard to ensure everyone is taken care of...I suppose I need to try even harder.

Thank you everyone for your support!

Regards,

Mike

P.S. Lucas, did you receive my e mail?

Mike,

This is not your full-time gig?

Do you work full-time elsewhere or part-time?
Either way, managing the amount of traffic that you must get is pretty impressive!

Hi there, no as much as I would like it to be the only job I do, I actually have a full time (and more sometimes) job as a telecommunications engineer.

We do have a shop that has been around the better of 20 years who do our installations though...

Anyhow I appreciate everyones comments and look forward to working with all of you in the near future!

Thank you for the post!!

You have another e mail...

Freight company states it was signed for on the 6th.

Let me know if you still do not have it.

Hey no problem at all...while yes it is something I do in addition to another job, bottom line it is a company with customers who require and deserve timely responses.

Have a great one!

He says he has it now, but that's strange it was signed for on the 6th and he posted on the 11th that he didn't have it yet. I once had a UPS package that was delivered to the right number, but the wrong street. It turned out nobody lived at the house it was delivered to. Well 3 months later the owner of the house shows up at my door with my package. Thanks for nothing UPS.

Wow... okay...

Ummm..

MtnToy... You should really post back into the thread as well when you have a major swing in opinion like that. Or, just delete the whole thread.

I wouldn't expect anyone to look back in a thread for updated info.

Thanks for pointing it out mt_goat.

Yeah, that is strange isn't it. That's what made me wonder if it was delivered to the wrong address or something.
