i called toyota about it and they had never heard of it, but one of the tech guys @ my local toyota said it's very common.

I have a pretty thick skin, no worries there.

nah i believe ya... just strange. how the friggin weather up there? warm as hell here. 55 degrees. send me some snow.

Freezing (-20C today or about -5F), but barely any snow so far.
If you want snow you gotta ask Colorado to send you some, they've been hogging it all this year.

yeah they've been gettin hammered. i need it... i finally got a vehicle i can take offroad again and i want some slippery stuff.

FWIW, every 5VZFE (3.4 V6) I've seen, has had NGK's in one cylinder head, and Denso's in the other, from the factory.

Now that's only maybe 30 engines, but they were all the same.
