Good Antenna? and a jammed CD player

I'm still in the market for a replacement antenna and found a new alternative to get some opinions on:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...717381170&rd=1

This is the other option:

I know i don't want another retractable one b/c i've gone through two, and I don't want a Taco Whip just by preference.

AND now the stupid jammed CD player...while in line at Taco Bell yesterday my brother was messing around with the 20$ we got to go get some food and ended up putting it up to the CD player which grabbed it out of his hand b/c no CD was in the player. This is the stock CD player and now has 20$ inside it which doesn't want to come out. Any ideas on how to get it out without disassembling the whole module and if not where is a link/writeup on disassembling it all. Thanks, Andrew

Another antenna option is the Tacoma Whip antenna. Bob_98SR5 has a writeup on his website www.4runners.org

As for the CD player. If you take the HU out, you will notice that you can unscrew the top panel of the deck. Then take the $20 out and send it to me.

So do i have to take off everything like in the indiglo gauges install or is there a way to get the CD player out without dismantling the whole thing...I also just remembered that i think it has the "CD/Radio will not work if removed" label...will be taken into account if i do as you say? Thanks

BTW I looked at the taco whip awhile back and don't particularly like it.

I am not sure how much you need to remove to get the stereo out on a 2nd gen.

The stereo's have a code so if they are unplugged, you will need to enter it. Look in your owners manual and see if you can set a new code before you uninstall it. If you can't then you get 10 chances to get it right before it locks up, most of the time they are 111, 123, etc. If it locks up, take it to the dealership and they can get it reset.
