Gauges

I need a little bit of help. I have auto meter gauges in my 4runner but they are all off. I'll try to explain the best I can. The oil pressure and rpm gauges both show lower than they actually are. The water temp gauge shows way high and is always at the top of the gauge. Last, the fuel gauge is just off all the time. All of the gauges surge up as I press on the gas pedal. Can anyone help me fix this cause I'd really like to have working gauges instead of everything being pretty useless. Thanks for your help.

Mechanical or electrical gauges? I just finished installing my electrical tranny temp gauge, wiring should be the same with a water temp gauge except for the location of the sender. Make sure your grounds are good, This was happening to my gauge too until I moved the ground from the base of the sender to the t-fitting. See picture.

Goodluck!
