Welcome man, I said it when I was referring to my local Stealership.

Yeah, I just paid $3.46 for gas last night.

Its getting bad, 1/3 my monthly paycheck goes to gas now(mind, i am a broke college kid who only works 20hrs a week)! what happens when they raise it up to $4? Im going to start taking the bus to school/work soon, then id go from $200 a month in gas to $40

Your tbelt wont affect your mileage at all. You said you went on a small wheelin trip. Yes...that can affect it too depending on what kind of wheelin you were doing. Seems like anytime anyone talks about a small dip im MPG's or performance, everyine freaks out and tells you to replace all known replaceable components under the hood. Put in the proper plugs, and drive it like you normally do. I wouldnt be concerned until you have run that kind of mileage in 2-3 tanks of gas. I get 14-17 with 33's and an auto

Yeah about 1/4 of what I make goes to gas.

I am at about 200 per month as well (a fillup per week at 50 bucks)... and I make 800 a month...

Pretty soon we will all be driving these.

Yeah its $800 after taxes per month.

It is indeed a part time job since I am a college student too. I'm like the manager/chef guy at this upper scale pizza restaraunt. I spin pizzas with my hands better than Pizza Hut can with rulers. With tips and good wages I work pretty hard.

This summer I have a friend who works in this warehouse and they make molds and stuff for different companies. The pay is $15/hr for 10 hour days. But hey its only gonna be for 2 1/2 months. Should save about 4-5 grand when it's all said and done.

Yeah, it is like because I started with the store when they opened 2 years ago and we have flourished with good sales.

Last night I made a 300 dollar order myself!

I just bought my first toyota a month ago and I'm only getting 10 maybe 11 mpg, I know my rig is old (1994 w/ 193,000 on it) but is this normal? I wouldn't think so. I just changed my fuel filter, removed my egr, new air filter, plugs are new from dealership, well that's what they tell me, haven't pulled them yet and checked the gap and condition. What would your first guess be. could the o2 sensor do this, I don't know if it has ever been replaced. I drive highway 75% of the time, the rest is in town or on gravel roads, kinda live in the boonies, just like I like it. Thanks ahead of time.

forgot to mention I cleaned my TB pretty good right after I got it.

Yeah, I sure don't feel young. I am living on my own... long story because of my father.

Good thing I have a Toyota that starts up for my every morning.
Toytech, I'm planning on picking your brain when I decide to replace my fuel filter. I wonder how many mpg that will increase me, and how dirty the filter is.
Irridium NGK's made me increase about 2 more miles per gallon.

ive never done a mpg comparason when changing filters since I have never changed one on one of these. Its probably not going to be all that dirty and you may pick up another mpg or so if you are lucky. Let me know anytime you have any questions. Im always glad to try and help
