After the isr mod I drove across the state doing 2800 rpm 75mph and got 19.5 mpg.
The mod helped the sc at bottom end it was a noticable differance. I will have a cat back the end of the week.

TPG, which stock size? The 265's or 225's?
Update on the MPG: after getting a new (used) MAF and temporarily fixing the hole in the airbox with shipping tape (and diligently driving with the tailgate down, I'm proud to say that the the vehicle formerly known as totaled is up to about 18.3 m's pg in mixed driving.
Ladies and gentlemen... CLEAN YOUR MAF's...if you know where to get the sensor safe cleaner. I just went ahead and got a used one ($45 dollar steal from the recycler) 'cuz I figured the the original may have been damaged when the truck got run over by that brick wall

19mpg in city and highway. Is it just me or do other people get less mpg on the highway at high speeds? I think i get about 18 on the highway, of course i do 80
I'm sure if i drove 55mph like i'm supposed to i'd get about 21mpg or so, but as Sammy says "I can't drive 55"

Hey guys just got back today from about a 300 mile (each way) trip into the rockies in southern BC. Including two passes that were high enough that it was snowing. I got almost 22 mpg(us) on the way there at about 75mph cruising speed. So i tried to keep it at about 60mph on the way back and i got 24mpg(us) This was my first real highway trip in my runner and these figures are much better than i was expecting. But, speed definately seems to make a difference.

I do drive with the TG down, still, nowhere near 24 miles per milk jug.
I keep fergittin' that all this high mileage comes from you guys in the upper portion ofthe lower 48. We don't have the advantage of that nice, cold air down here in Texas.
Maybe I'll do something like the '04 concept Lightning and try routing the air intake through the air conditioning system.
That or just cram the engine bay with bags of Party Ice.

I cleaned my TB a week ago and I'm pretty sure that has helped my gas milage. As of now my best is 24mpg, and I hope I can break 25mpg now. I usually get 18.+ driving to and from school.
