Front Brake line bracket question

I could use a little help with my '99 4runner. I started loosing brake fluid then discovered that neither of my front brake line brackets are mounted to the suspension. This caused the drivers side line to eventually loosen at the caliper.
It appears that the bracket mounting bolts were snapped off at some point. If this was actually how they were mounted instead of welded, does anyone know where a convenient place to find replacement bolts would be?
Thanks!

Thanks, now that I think about it, my boss has a bolt size gauge so if I can get them out in one piece I'll know exactly what to look for.

I snapped the bolts off of mine also. I was preforming a rush brake job so I used a couple heavy duty zip ties to secure the bracket. This has been two years ago and the last time I had my wheels off I replaced the zip ties. Maybe one day I will have the time to drill the broken bolts out.

I soaked the broken bolts in wd-40. It looks like I may be able to use vise-grips and grab the bolt from the other side and turn it through. At least that's what I hope, otherwise it's the drill and tap routine.
